Due to the nature of living plants, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We guarantee that all plants arrive in healthy condition. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must notify us of any issues with your order within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee a return or refund, as plant health depends on proper care and environmental conditions.
